Plumbers who don't turn up My views on this are... Unprintable. It is the height of bad manners. I hear of it happening all the time and it makes me so angry because it gives all of us a bad reputation. Paying customers deserve better. Just been prompted to write this page by a chap from Egham. He just called me to see if I would travel that far. Turns out he took a day off work earlier this week to have his boiler repaired. He waited in all day but the engineer didn't turn up. What an unnecessary waste of time (and a day's holiday) for him - there are no excuses in my view for that heating engineer, whoever he was. There's not a lot more to say on this subject except that if you book me, I'll turn up. I may not be bang on time, but if I can't be reasonably close to the appointment time, I'll ring you.
