Plumbers who don't turn up

My views on this are...

Unprintable. It is the height of bad manners. I hear of it happening all the time and it makes me so angry because it gives all of us a bad reputation. Paying customers deserve better.

Just been prompted to write this page by a chap from Egham. He just called me to see if I would travel that far. Turns out he took a day off work earlier this week to have his boiler repaired. He waited in all day but the engineer neither turned up nor called to say he couldn’t make it. What an unnecessary waste of time (and a day's holiday) for him - there are no excuses in my view for that heating engineer, whoever he was.

There's not a lot more to say on this subject except that if you book me, I'll turn up. I may not be bang on time, but if I can't be reasonably close to the appointment time, I'll ring you.
